DeInstitutionalized LLC is a production company created by director Christopher Olen Ray and actor Gerald Webb (Adopting Terror). Together, these filmmakers have developed the terrifying haunted house thriller A House is Not a Home. The film’s tagline, “Death welcomes you home,” is emphasized by the film’s story. The plot follows a couple as they try to overcome troubles in their marriage. They choose a new home, which is already inhabited by a malevolent spirit. These partners must now work together to escape from this supernatural trap.
Principal photography on A House is Not a Home completed in December of 2012. Now, casting choices for this film have been announced. Bill Cobbs (A Night at the Museum) stars with Eddie Steeples (“My Name is Earl”) and Richard Grieco (“21 Jump Street”). Producer Webb also stars.
